Refund Policy:


We always want you to love your order from TSNC! However, due to the custom nature of our products, we do not currently accept returns at this time. Should you have any questions or concerns about your order, please reach out to us at thestitchneedlepointclub@gmail.com


Damages and Issues:


Damaged and defective products will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please inspect your items upon delivery for any issues. If your product is damaged, we will do our best to either replace the item or issue a refund. We are unable to process any replacements 14 days after delivery.
